[Leshine Clinic] Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1: General Provisions
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to comply with and regulate matters concerning the terms and procedures for using the services provided by Leshine Clinic (hereinafter referred to as "the Hospital") and other necessary matters as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree.

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms of service is to comply with and regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the "Hospital" and the members in connection with the use of the Leshine Clinic website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") provided by Leshine Clinic, as prescribed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.

Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
① These terms and conditions shall take effect for all members who wish to use the service.
② The contents of these terms and conditions shall be posted on the service screen or announced to members through other methods, and shall take effect when a member who agrees to them signs up for the service.
③ The Hospital may modify these terms and conditions if deemed necessary, and if the terms and conditions are modified, they shall be announced without delay in the same manner as in Paragraph 2.
However, changes to important regulations concerning the rights or obligations of users shall be announced at least 7 days in advance.
④ If a member does not agree to the modified terms and conditions, the member may stop using the service and terminate the use contract.

Article 3 (Rules Other Than the Terms)
For matters not specified in these terms and conditions, the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Medical Service Act, shall apply.

Article 4 (Definition of Member)
A person who accesses the site and enters essential information such as name and email address to obtain the status and authority of a member as a customer.


Chapter 2: Service Use Contract

Article 5 (Establishment of Use Contract)
If a customer clicks the "Agree" button in response to the question "Do you agree to the above terms of use?" at the time of application, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms.

Article 6 (Application for Use)
An application for use, i.e., membership registration, is completed by the customer recording the following information in the application form.
1. ID
2. Password
3. Name
4. Phone Number
5. Email
6. Date of Birth and Gender
7. Residence
8. Medical Records

Article 7 (Acceptance of Application for Use)
The Hospital shall accept the service application of customers who accurately fill out the details specified in Article 6.

Article 8 (Restrictions on Acceptance of Application for Use)
The Hospital may choose not to accept applications that fall under any of the following items:
1. When service provision is impossible due to technical reasons
2. When applying under a false name, such as using another person's name, or with false information during user registration
3. When applying with missing or misspelled user registration details
4. When applying for the purpose of disrupting public peace, order, or social morals
5. When membership has previously been lost due to reasons attributable to the customer
6. When other application requirements set by the Hospital are not met
7. Membership registration may be suspended unless there is agreement to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy

Article 9 (Modification of Contract Details)
If any information entered at the time of application changes, the member must modify it using the format and method determined by the Hospital.


Chapter 3: Service Use

Article 10 (Purpose of Service Provision and Scope of Use)
The purpose of providing this service is to offer information on the medical services provided by the clinic free of charge. All services, except for surgical reviews, can be viewed without registering as a member. Under the Medical Service Act, surgical reviews can only be accessed after registering and logging in.

Article 11 (Commencement of Service Use)
② If the service cannot be started due to business or technical difficulties of the Hospital, it shall be announced on the site or notified to the members.
① In principle, the Hospital shall commence service once the member's application for use is accepted.

Article 12 (Service Hours)
① In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, year-round. However, the service may be temporarily suspended due to the Hospital's operational or technical reasons, or during periods determined by the Hospital for operational purposes.
In such cases, the Hospital shall announce this in advance or post-facto. (However, 'KakaoTalk consultation' and 'telephone consultation' under the 'medical reservation' category are excluded from this paragraph.)
② The Hospital may divide the service into certain ranges and separately set the available times for each range, in which case the details will be announced.

Article 13 (Deletion of Posts or Content)
① The Hospital may delete any content (including transmission between members) posted or transmitted within the service without prior notice if it is determined to fall under any of the following cases, and the Hospital shall not bear any responsibility for this:
1. Content that defames or slanders the Hospital, other members, or third parties
2. Content that distributes information, sentences, symbols, etc., that violate public order and morals
3. Content recognized as being linked to criminal acts
4. Content that infringes on other rights, such as the copyright of the Hospital or third parties
5. Content unrelated to the services provided by the Hospital
6. Posting unauthorized or unnecessary advertisements or promotional materials
7. Content written by illegally stealing another person's ID (resident registration number), name, etc., or by unauthorized alteration of information entered by others
8. Content that goes against the purpose of posting, such as repeatedly posting identical content
10. Content deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations or guidelines of the Hospital
② The Hospital may separately establish and implement detailed guidelines related to posts, and members must register or delete various posts (including transmissions between members) in accordance with those guidelines.


Chapter 4: Standards for Data Disclosure

Article 14 (Definition of Data Disclosure)
As this service is provided free of charge for the public interest purpose mentioned in Article 10 of Chapter 3, the Hospital may disclose the following details:
① Information related to technologies and pharmaceuticals used during surgery
② Treatment reviews disclosed with the consent of our clinic's patients (accessible after logging in)

Article 15 (Method of Data Disclosure)
In principle, the disclosure method of the data that can be disclosed as mentioned in Article 14 of Chapter 4 shall be based on the following methods:
① Method of posting using the website or other websites
② Method of inserting and posting in print or promotional materials
③ Method of posting through video devices inside the clinic
④ Other posting methods within a range that does not violate social morals as judged by the Hospital


Chapter 5: Indemnification, etc.

Article 16 (Indemnification)
① If the Hospital suffers damages due to a member's violation of these terms, the member who violated the terms must compensate for all damages incurred by the Hospital.
② If the Hospital receives various objections, including claims for damages or lawsuits, from a third party other than the member due to illegal acts or violations of these terms committed by the member in using the service, the member must indemnify the Hospital at their own responsibility and expense. If the Hospital is not indemnified, the member must compensate the Hospital for all damages caused.

Article 17 (Disclaimer)
① The Hospital shall be exempt from responsibility for providing services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
② The Hospital shall not be held responsible for service use obstacles caused by reasons attributable to the member.
③ The Hospital shall not be held responsible for the loss of expected profits by the member using the service, nor for any damage caused by materials obtained through the service.
The Hospital is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, materials, and facts posted on the site by members.
④ The Hospital has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising through the service between members or between members and third parties, and is not responsible for compensating for damages resulting therefrom.

Article 18 (Jurisdiction Court)
① In the event of a dispute between the Hospital and a member regarding the use of the service, the Hospital and the member shall consult in good faith to resolve the dispute.
② If the dispute is not resolved even after the consultation in Paragraph 1 of this Article, both parties may file a lawsuit in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
